Ready to talk na?

Having to live a thousand miles away from your loved one is a very challenging situation. A long distance relationship seem to be impossible but if both of you gets used to the situation, everything will flow smoothly. It just really takes a lot of effort for both of you to have constant communication. Thank God for the advanced technology that we have. Sending text messages is cheaper via Chikka Messenger and Yahoo Messenger. Overseas call can now also be free via video conference of Skype. Both of you just have to be a bit techy and find ways to communicate at a minimal cost =)

Kayo friends? Have you tried having a long distance relationship? J

Magmasid, magbantay
Magpayabong ng buhay
Magmasid, magbantay
Magpayabong ng buhay
Ito ang buhay magdaragat

Food Fiesta

I love to eat. If hindi lang siguro ako mabilis tumaba or hindi kasalanan ang glutony isa na sigurong favorite hobby ko ang pagkain. I envy those people na kahit marami kumain e di nananaba.
Korean

I love Korean food. One of my favorite cuisines cause they always give at least 6 kinds of appetizers so mabilis kang mabubusog. Maybe that's the reason why Koreans are slim. Sobrang sarap ng Beef Stew nila and favorite ko Bulgogi. However for some reason, here in Thailand, they don't serve beef stew but beef brisket. Raw ung beef then i you'll frym it to some sort of sa grill. In Thailand, they pronounce Bulgogi as Bulkoki.. i'm just not sure bat ganun. Maybe because they can't pronounce some letters properly cause Thai language is very tonal.
TG
It was my first time to fly via Thai Airways. Economy lang kami but the accomodation is still good.I guess that's the reason why Thai Airways is said to be one of the best airlines. Manila to Bangkok is only a 3 1/2 hour flight but the food that they serve is still good. Mahilig kasi akong mag sequester ng murang air ticket kaya normally di masyadong ok ang food sa mga airline ko hehehe. What they serve was just a snack but it was already a heavy meal. with wine pa. Pwede! :)

Chinese
Another love of mine! Chinese food.. sarap! We always hit Hap Chan Tea House Malate. Super ok ang dimsum nila and hakaw hehehe.. one of our favorie at Hap Chang is the Beef Rice Toppings. Normally wala sa menu nila. Probably those who have been going to Hap Chan for a long time are the ones who knows that they serve rice toppings. Samahan mo ng shrimp dumpling and Soy Tofu.. Saraaaap!!!
Let's go local -- Crops and Crabs!
Once upon my adventure, I stumbled upon an island called Daram in Western Samar where people are very hospitable and loves to share whatever they have. Food Fiesta again! They laid down all kinds of yellow food. Delicioso! Local na Local but very fresh especially the Crabs.. ang tataba! sobrang na enjoy ko ang food fiesta na to far away from Manila =)

Seafood

Shrimp is also one of my favorie so when we had the chance to taste the delicious food in Leyte, I ordered seafood. Grilled squid, Shrimp and seafood kare-kare. Ay the best!

bon appetit!

My Piano Teacher -- Ate Grace

Last 2007, I published a blog about my childhood and how I learned to play the Piano. I happened to view David Sides' video at you tube while playing the piano. I can't help but go back to the days when I was just a kid. I was barely 6 years old when I started learning how to play the Piano. Every Sunday, my piano teacher whom I fondly called Ate Grace would always go to our house to teach me new pieces. She used to live in Forbes in Sampaloc. I clearly remember my Mom paying her P50 per piano session. She taught me from 6 years old till I was 10.
18 years have past. The White Wagner Grand Piano that we use every Sunday is now gone. I wonder where Ate Grace is right now and how she is doing. I don't even know her surname. We don't even have a single picture together and I can barely remember her face. Just the sound of her Ballade Pour Adeleine. Maybe if she sees me now and how I turned out to be, she will be very happy. If I see her, I will surely be very excited and hug her tight cause it is her whom I truly miss whenever I hear a piano being played Gracefully.

Arleene & Verni's Big Day

It was Arleene (my other bestfriend) and Verni's big day last December 12, 2008. They got married at San Sebastian Church and the wedding was really big. Reception was at Edsa Shangril-Plaza Hotel. Her wedding had a group of HAGADs or should we say motorcade escorts and that was really cool cause we were able to avoid the heavy traffic considering that their wedding was on a Friday afternoon.

Wedding was amazing with the elegant flowers set up at the Church, beautiful gowns and of course don't forget the bride's shoes, Manolo Blahnik!

Congratulations to Mr, & Mrs. Yu. I wish you a lot of beautiful babies and good life together. Love you both! =)
